Our Service Department is up and running. Barry Whitley is our Bernina Certified Technician, who regularly attends Bernina training to keep his certification up- to- date, and to stay on top of the newest machines and updates. A service of your machine includes overall inspection, cleaning, oiling, and adjustments. In most cases, your machine will be back in your sewing room in a day or two, running better than ever!

Barry can sharpen your scissors, too! Now you don't have to threaten to throttle your family if they use your sewing scissors - just bring them to Q and they'll be sharp as new.
